Thank you for purchasing a font from Daily Creative Co. Each Daily Creative Co font is original font software created and designed by Sammy Parmley for Daily Creative Co. By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using a Daily Creative Co font, you agree to the license terms below. Please read this page carefully before using the font.

All Daily Creative Co fonts, including the font software, font design, glyphs, alternates, ligatures, stylistic sets, illustrations, files, previews, and supporting materials are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of Daily Creative Co.

Purchasing a font gives you a license to use the font according to the license type purchased. It does not transfer ownership of the font software, font design, artwork, copyright, or intellectual property. Daily Creative Co retains full ownership of the font software, font design, letterforms, and related intellectual property.

License Overview

Each font license is valid only for the license type purchased. Unless otherwise stated, each standard license is valid for one user and installation on one computer owned or controlled by that user.

Each additional user, team member, employee, contractor, client, assistant, or separate computer using the font requires an additional license, multi user license, team license, agency license, enterprise license, or extended license.

The font file may not be copied, shared, redistributed, resold, uploaded, sublicensed, transferred, included in a font bundle, or made available to anyone who has not purchased the correct license.

General Restrictions

You may not share, email, upload, transfer, or distribute the font file to another person. You may not upload the font file to a shared drive, public folder, asset library, design platform, website builder, server, software, app, or template system where others can access, download, extract, or use the font without their own license.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, repackage, or include the font file in a bundle, giveaway, subscription, membership, download, template, software product, digital product, or asset library. You may not claim the font as your own.

You may not modify, rename, convert, edit, reverse engineer, decompile, trace, recreate, or create derivative font software from the font file for resale, redistribution, public use, or sharing.

You may not use the font to create alphabet sets, letter packs, SVG alphabets, embroidery alphabets, installable fonts, type assets, letterform products, or competing font products.

You may not upload the font to Canva, Templett, Corjl, JetTemplate, Kittl, Creative Fabrica Studio, Zazzle, Cricut Design Space, Silhouette, print on demand systems, website builders, apps, software, or any platform where the font file can be accessed or used by anyone other than the licensed user unless your specific license allows it.

You may not use the font in any way that allows an end customer, client, student, subscriber, team member, or third party to type with, install, extract, download, or reuse the font file without their own license.

You may not use the font in illegal, defamatory, hateful, pornographic, misleading, or infringing content.

Desktop License

The Desktop License allows one licensed user to install the font on one computer and use it in desktop design software. This includes software such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Procreate, Affinity Designer, Canva uploads for the licensed user only, and similar design programs.

This license may be used to create logos for non trademarked use, brand graphics, print materials, static social media graphics, packaging graphics, flattened digital graphics, and client work created by the licensed user. This license does not allow multiple users, sharing the font file with clients or team members, webfont use, app use, server use, editable templates, broadcast use, or unlimited product use.

Webfont License

The Webfont License is required if you want to use the font live on a website through webfont files such as WOFF, WOFF2, or similar formats. This license may be used for one website domain, live website text using the licensed font, and custom CSS font use on the licensed domain.

This license does not allow use on multiple domains unless additional licenses are purchased. It also does not allow use inside apps, software, servers, or templates. The webfont files may not be shared, distributed, or made available in a way that allows visitors or users to download, extract, or reuse the font.

App License

The App License is required to embed or use the font in a mobile app, desktop app, software product, digital interface, or downloadable application. This license may be used for one app or software product, static or live text inside the licensed app, and user interface design within the licensed app.

This license does not allow use in multiple apps unless additional licenses are purchased. It does not allow use in a server based design generator, or in any situation where app users can access, download, extract, or type with the font outside the licensed app. The font file may not be resold, redistributed, or made available to users.

E-Pub License

The E-Pub License is required to embed the font in ebooks, digital publications, digital magazines, EPUB files, Kindle files, or similar digital publications. This license may be used for one ebook or digital publication title, embedded font use inside the purchased publication, and digital magazines, guides, or books where the font is not extractable for reuse.

This license does not allow editable templates, course materials sold as reusable templates, app use, software use, server use, or redistribution of the font file outside the publication.

Server License

The Server License is required when the font is installed, hosted, rendered, or used on a server, automated system, SaaS product, online design tool, product generator, print generator, or any system where the font is used by software or multiple users. This license may be used for approved server based rendering, automated image generation, approved SaaS or internal production workflows, and print or design generation systems.

This license does not allow end users to download, extract, install, or reuse the font file. It also does not allow use outside the approved system, resale or redistribution of the font file, or unlimited users, products, or outputs unless stated in the purchased license or written agreement.

Logo License

The Logo License is required if the font will be used in a logo, wordmark, brand mark, or identity that will be trademarked, registered, or used as a primary commercial brand asset. This license may be used for a logo or wordmark for one brand, trademark registration of a logo using the font, and brand identity use for the licensed brand.

This license does not transfer ownership of the font itself. The final logo design may belong to the client or brand, but the font software, font design, letterforms, and copyright remain the property of Daily Creative Co. This license does not allow reselling the font, creating a new font from the logo, claiming ownership of the font design, or sharing the font file with a client unless the client has their own license.

Social Media / Creator License

The Social Media / Creator License is for creators, influencers, content creators, and brands using the font in social media content. This license may be used for Instagram posts, Instagram stories, reels, TikTok graphics, TikTok videos, Pinterest graphics, YouTube thumbnails, creator branding, static graphics, video overlays, and sponsored content created by the licensed user.

This license does not allow sharing the font file with editors, assistants, agencies, or team members unless they have their own license. It also does not allow editable templates, paid digital ads unless a Digital Ads License has been purchased, or broadcast and streaming platform use unless a Broadcast / Streaming License has been purchased.

Print-on-Demand / Print Run License

The Print-on-Demand / Print Run License is required for physical products made for resale. This license may be used for finished physical end products such as t shirts, sweatshirts, hats, mugs, stickers, stationery, greeting cards, art prints, packaging, labels, physical merchandise, and print on demand products.

This license applies to finished physical end products only. The font file must not be included, shared, embedded for reuse, or made accessible to customers or production partners. This license does not allow selling alphabet sets, letter packs, digital type elements, SVG alphabets, or installable font products. It also does not allow uploading the font to platforms where others can access or use the font, creating editable products where customers can type with the font, or use beyond the quantity or sales limits included with the purchased license.

Course / Template Creator License

The Course / Template Creator License is required for anyone creating templates, courses, workbooks, worksheets, planners, guides, digital downloads, or educational resources using the font. This license may be used for flattened course slides, flattened workbooks, flattened PDFs, flattened worksheets, flattened digital products, and templates where the font is outlined, flattened, rasterized, or not required by the customer to edit.

This license does not allow the font file to be included in the download or shared with students, customers, members, or clients. It does not allow editable Canva templates, Adobe templates, Corjl templates, Templett templates, JetTemplate files, or other editable templates where the customer needs the font to type or edit unless the font is not included and the customer purchases their own license. Customers may not create new text with the font unless they have their own license.

YouTube / Video / Film License

The YouTube / Video / Film License is required for use in video content, film, title sequences, overlays, intros, outros, lower thirds, captions, graphics, and motion design. This license may be used for YouTube videos, online video content, course videos, brand videos, short films, commercial video projects, video overlays, and titles.

This license does not allow broadcast television, streaming platform distribution, paid streaming campaigns, or large scale media distribution unless a Broadcast / Streaming License has been purchased. The font file may not be shared with editors, production teams, or contractors unless they have their own license.

Broadcast / Streaming License

The Broadcast / Streaming License is required for television, streaming platforms, network use, paid streaming campaigns, large scale entertainment use, and broad media distribution. This license may be used for TV commercials, television shows, streaming platform content, network graphics, large scale broadcast campaigns, streaming ads, and large media campaigns.

This license does not allow sharing or redistributing the font file. It also does not allow use outside the licensed project, campaign, network, or production unless stated in the purchased license or written agreement.

Digital Ads License

The Digital Ads License is required for paid digital advertising. This license may be used for Meta ads, Instagram ads, Facebook ads, Pinterest ads, TikTok ads, Google ads, YouTube ads, display ads, and paid digital marketing campaigns.

This license does not allow broadcast or streaming ads unless a Broadcast / Streaming License has been purchased. The font file may not be shared with agencies, contractors, or ad partners unless they have their own license. This license does not allow use outside the licensed campaign, brand, or business unless additional licenses are purchased.

Unlimited License

The Unlimited License is the broadest standard license option and allows expanded commercial use across many common use cases. This license may include desktop use, small business commercial use, social media use, digital ads, video use, packaging, print products, merchandise, print on demand use, client work, and higher volume commercial use.

This license still does not allow reselling, sharing, redistributing, sublicensing, or giving away the font file. It does not allow uploading the font file for public access, including the font file in apps, software, SaaS platforms, servers, or editable template systems unless specifically included in writing, creating derivative font software, claiming the font as your own, or allowing unlicensed users to access, install, type with, download, or reuse the font.

Client Work

You may use the font to create finished work for a client if your license allows commercial use. You may not send, share, transfer, or package the font file with client deliverables.

If your client needs to install, edit, use, or continue working with the font, the client must purchase their own license. Designers, agencies, contractors, virtual assistants, editors, and team members each need their own license unless a multi user license has been purchased.

Canva and Online Design Platforms

You may upload the font to Canva or similar design platforms only for your own use if your license allows desktop or commercial use and only if no other person can access, use, download, or extract the font.

You may not upload the font to a client account, team account, shared brand kit, template shop, course portal, public design system, or any platform where another person can use the font without their own license.

If you create Canva templates or editable templates using the font, your customers must purchase their own font license unless you have written permission from Daily Creative Co.

Fonts in PDFs and Documents

You may embed the font in a finished PDF or document for viewing and printing, as long as the document does not allow the font file to be extracted, installed, or reused by others.

If another person needs to edit the document using the font, that person must purchase their own license. Editable source files, design files, templates, and working files must not include the font file unless every user has the correct license.

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of font files, all font purchases are final sale and non refundable once downloaded, unless otherwise required by law.

License Upgrades

If you purchased the wrong license or need additional usage rights later, you may upgrade your license by purchasing the correct license type or contacting Daily Creative Co.

A license upgrade does not cancel or replace the original terms unless confirmed in writing by Daily Creative Co.

Enforcement

Unauthorized sharing, resale, redistribution, uploading, copying, sublicensing, or misuse of Daily Creative Co fonts is a violation of this license and may also violate copyright law.

Daily Creative Co reserves the right to revoke licenses, deny access, refuse future sales, issue takedown requests, and pursue legal remedies for license violations.
